Although our capabilities have expanded considerably over the years, the principle behind our company has remained simple: **honor and integrity in everything we do.** For us, those words are more than a tagline. ## How Concord Began

Doug Robinson entered the roofing industry in the early 2000s after working in professional sales. He was initially hesitant to enter a trade that sometimes carried a difficult reputation. A trusted mentor encouraged him to look at the industry differently: an honest person who brought integrity and accountability into the roofing business could be a breath of fresh air.

Doug began by helping friends, family members, church members, and local contacts with roofing repairs and other property needs. Those early projects allowed him to build experience, establish a dependable reputation, and grow the company through personal referrals.

## Decades of Construction Experience

As Concord grew, Ted Hogue brought decades of hands-on construction knowledge to the company. Ted began working in construction as a young man and developed experience across a wide range of trades, building methods, structural challenges, and property improvements.

Doug's background in roofing, customer service, and project development combined naturally with Ted's extensive construction experience. Together, they built a company capable of managing much more than a traditional roofing project.

## Growing Beyond Roofing

Roofing and storm restoration played an important role in Concord's early growth. Over time, previous customers began calling Concord for help with more than their roofs — damaged framing, siding, windows, or gutters, or a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, addition, or transformed underused space.

Today, Concord's experience includes residential and commercial roofing, remodeling, additions, structural repairs, fire and water-damage reconstruction, and other interior and exterior improvements.

## A Reputation Built Through Relationships

Much of Concord's growth has come through repeat customers and personal referrals. Concord has also contributed labor or materials to Habitat for Humanity roofing projects and supported other community and charitable efforts over the years.
