# Hall Bathroom Remodel in Dallas, TX

## The Situation

A homeowner in [Dallas](https://concordroofingtx.com/dallas-tx/) had a well-worn bathroom in need of a remodel, but they wanted it to still feel like it belonged with the rest of the home. They worked with [Jo Gifford Designs](https://www.jogifforddesigns.com) to come up with a plan, then brought in Concord Roofing & Construction to bring it to light.

## The Scope of Work

Almost everything had to come out: the shower, bathtub, toilet, vanity, mirror, lighting, and even the flooring.

Next was removing some of the drop-downs from the ceiling and modifying the wall along the shower to be flush with the rest of the bathroom.

With the walls where they needed to be, next was the [bathtub](https://concordroofingtx.com/bathroom-remodeling/bathtubs/) and all the tile work around it.

Then came the new [vanity](https://concordroofingtx.com/bathroom-remodeling/vanities/) and toilet. Above them, new lighting went in to brighten the space.

Finally, new [flooring](https://concordroofingtx.com/flooring/) went down and the walls were painted to bring the space together.

## The Result

This was quite a dramatic transformation from how it looked before we started. The additional lighting brings a lot more light into the space, and moving the walls really opened up the room. Plus, the tile, paint, and flooring all tie in well with the rest of the home.
