I had my roof and gutters replaced by Concord Roofing and Construction a few years ago, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I had no idea what I wanted, but Ted guided me through the process and helped me land on an amazing result. The demolition and installation were impressively fast, and Ted and Charlie have always been incredibly responsive. If I ever had any concerns, they came out immediately to address them. Six years ago our roof was replaced after it suffered hail damage. We worked with Ted and we couldn't have been more satisfied with the quality of the work. When it came to renovating our 26 year old home(2 baths, kitchen, flooring), I contacted Ted. From day one honest, reliable and efficient. Project was completed in projected time frame and the quality of the workmanship exceeded our expectations. Aaron was at our home almost daily, keeping us updated and taking care of even the smallest of details. All subcontractors were professional and efficient. Will be my first choice for future projects as well.

Concord did a garage addition, patio cover, roof replacement, gutter and fence project for us. Ted and/or Charlie were on site daily and took great care of us. We are very pleased with them.

Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired and wouldn't causing future leaking. He came over after the job was complete while it was starting to rain and lightening and went on top off the roof to ensure all was good with the issue. I am totally happy with the quality and look off the new roof. We recently completed the remodel of our garage into a multipurpose room and the installation of a new garage. Additionally, I commend Doug for his dedication to keeping the project on track despite facing personal challenges. Doug & Concord are, by far, the most professional contractor I've ever worked with. I got my entire roof replaced, after having been denied by Allstate. Doug had his own adjuster come out, take pictures, thoroughly inspect the roof, and work with Allstate to get a full replacement approved. Top notch, one of the best decisions I've ever made choosing their team.

Ted Hogue is great. I had only 2 months left to get my roof replaced before the insurance deadline. Ted checked out my roof and said they can have it done within 3 weeks. Concord did a great job. They managed all the repairs in my insurance claim. Handled the insurance company and my anxiety with professionalism. They got my whole big roof replaced in a day and cleaned up all the debris and nails. Ted recommended a great, durable shingle that looks premium on my house. I couldn't be happier.

Concord Roofing just completed a remodel/rebuild of the first floor of our house following water damage from a leaking pipe. While all of that was happening, a tree fell on our house during a storm so they replaced the roof also! They never missed a beat. Ted and Aaron were an amazing team. Ted Hogue at Concord Roofing did a great job or renovating our home after the freeze in February. He does a lot more than just roofing. We had a pipe burst which flooded our entire house. He worked with the insurance company to get immediate approval and payment. His workmanship was excellent. He had to replace ceilings, walls, hard wood floors, tile, and paint the entire house. He was always on time and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He is highly organized and what I liked the most is that he always answered his phone or responded immediately. Unlike all other companies and contractors, I found Ted being a very honest and transparent guy and most importantly one phone call away before, during and after my roof was replaced. Ted helped me throughout the whole process starting from filing the claim to make sure all the damage was taken care of within legal limits and constraints. He was always ready to answer all my questions with all integrity and he explained to me what my options are as well as the costs and expenses till the boring details. We signed a very clear contract stating all what we agreed upon. The work was done professionally and in the time frame agreed upon. The premises were cleaned after the job was done. Ted has excellent customer service and sat down with my wife and patiently explained the repair process. He worked closely with our insurance company and replaced the roofing and repaired and stained the fence, the chimney siding and the shed. His crew ( especially Junior) was meticulous and covered our pool, flowerbeds and kept all construction material and nail away from our house. They cleaned up every day and did a thorough check upon completion for nails and debris. They used high quality materials and worked within the budget. Excellent advice, repair & service. We appreciated their prompt attention after our chimney leaked, dripping water through our family room ceiling. Doug patiently answered our questions about insurance & procedures & also referred us to painters who can help with interior reconstruction. The best!
