A master bath and powder bath transformed from warm wood tones into a more open, modern look, with a new shower, freestanding tub, vanities, flooring, and lighting.
A homeowner in Frisco decided it was time to give both the master bathroom and powder bathroom a complete makeover. The wood made the space feel warm, but they were ready to transform that look into a more open, modern take. They met with our friends over at Jo Gifford Designs, and when the design was ready, so were we!
Both bathrooms were getting a ground-up makeover, from the flooring to the lighting, so the first step was to remove everything.
Flooring went down first, since a number of things depended on sitting on the new flooring.
Once that was done, the new vanities were installed, along with the toilets and freestanding tub.
The shower got a complete makeover as well, with new tile on the inside and a larger glass door to enter the shower, making it feel more open.
Paint and lighting brought the room together for the final touches.
Dovetail and Nomadic Desert often are not used in the same sentence, but those colors on the wall really tied the bathroom together with its new modern look. The homeowners were pleased, and it was our pleasure to be able to work on this project.
