A storm-damaged roof on a Waxahachie home replaced in three days with synthetic felt, an ice and water barrier, and Atlas impact-resistant shingles, plus a new roof on the shed.
A homeowner in Waxahachie contacted Concord Roofing & Construction after a recent storm significantly damaged their roof. The damage was bad enough that a complete roof replacement was needed.
First, we carefully removed the old, damaged roofing materials.
Next, synthetic felt underlayment was installed to provide an additional waterproof barrier and protect the roof deck from moisture.
An ice and water barrier was then applied to the critical areas, like the valleys, the eaves, and around the chimney, for extra protection against ice and water getting in.
With that in place, the Atlas impact-resistant shingles were installed, carefully aligned and securely fastened to stand up to future storms.
The shed on the property got a new roof as well.
The homeowner now has a brand-new roof that not only looks great, but is also built to stand up to future storm damage, bringing peace of mind and added protection for their home. The whole job took three days, from start to finish.
