My previous contractor failed to complete the punch list for the post-renovations project (which included kitchen remodeling and upgraded floors, walls and ceilings for 6 rooms). Mr. Hogue completed the punch list plus extras in 3 days! The work was done professionally and with good attitude to any questions or suggestions. Will definitely use his services in the future.

Doug from Concord roofing recently replaced our roof. We are first time home owners and the initial consultation was very thorough. Doug is very knowledgeable and he took time to explain each detail in layman's terms. I am recommending this company to all my family members and colleagues who need any roofing services.

Doug did a great job of "selling" the company; then, he did just what he said he would do: he walked the roof with the insurance appraiser and made sure they caught everything they should. The job was done just right and in only one day. The banging from the hammers caused a drain pipe in my attic A/C unit to come loose which caused some minor interior ceiling damage from the water, but Doug had his painter on the job within a couple of days and it was finished quickly and to my total satisfaction. So, I got not only a brand new good looking roof, I got a brand new ceiling in the hallway and bathroom. I totally recommend them to anyone needing a good, honest job done well.

It was a pleasure working with Adam. I received his contact information via a friend of a friend. I wanted my roof upgraded to increase the value; those upgrades were not astronomical to my pockets. The transition in selecting the material that would be used, to scheduling the work was easy and accommodating. The laborers were professional and courteous. The full replacement of my roof took, one day the area was left clean and free of nails in which was a concern in the beginning. Adam is a good honest man, and I wish you nothing but the best.

Honest people who promise and deliver above and beyond what they have promised. I had a major project with many broken windows and a huge metal roof to be replaced. They made it all look easy and effortless. And when I called many weeks after the job was completed (and payments made) to get a couple more things addressed, they acted just as professional and committed as day 1.

Ted at Concord was very helpful and professional. He provided practical advice and made working with our insurance company a breeze. Install was on time and clean-up made it look like nothing ever happened (except we had a great new roof!)

In term of roofing, they do good jobs, I like how my new roof looks like and the color/style of it. As a general contractor, I was a little disappointed. For my small items from the insurance claim, there were some back and forth in communication, scheduling, and scopes. The project manager is nice and trying to get the jobs set up, but sometimes, it becomes even hard for him because of the people they hire. At the end, everything was finished on the claim, but I wish it could have been taken shorter and easier.

I had a great and pleasent experience working with Ted Hogue from Concord Roofing & Construction replacing my roof. Unlike all other companies and contractors, I found Ted being a very honest and transparent guy and most importantly one phone call away before, during and after my roof was replaced. Ted helped me throughout the whole process starting from filing the claim to make sure all the damage was taken care of within legal limits and constraints. He was always ready to answer all my questions with all integrity and he explained to me what my options are as well as the costs and expenses till the boring details. We signed a very clear contract stating all what we agreed upon. The work was done professionally and in the time frame agreed upon. The premises were cleaned after the job was done. I highly recommend working with Ted. You can expect a very professional service and most importantly cut costs without cutting corners.
