Very thankful for Doug & Greg & their prompt service after torrential rains resulted in roof leaking through to our family room ceiling. They were thorough in their inspection & assessment of the problems. It was repaired in a few hours. Wishing we had them 2 1/2 years ago after the big hailstorms & it would have been done right the first time!

In March, 2017, Concord Roofing and Construction replaced the roof on our home. Although this is a daunting experience, the entire team (led ably by Doug Robinson) was efficient and courteous. Every request we had was taken seriously and addressed to our satisfaction. We gladly give this group a 5-star recommendation.

Ted Hogue is great. I had only 2 months left to get my roof replaced before the insurance deadline. Ted checked out my roof and said they can have it done within 3 weeks. Concord did a great job. They managed all the repairs in my insurance claim. Handled the insurance company and my anxiety with professionalism. They got my whole big roof replaced in a day and cleaned up all the debris and nails. Ted recommended a great, durable shingle that looks premium on my house. I couldn't be happier.

Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired and wouldn't causing future leaking. He came over after the job was complete while it was starting to rain and lightening and went on top off the roof to ensure all was good with the issue. I am totally happy with the quality and look off the new roof. I would definitely highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors and I will be using again in the future when the need occurs. Thanks again Doug!

Concord Roofing just completed a remodel/rebuild of the first floor of our house following water damage from a leaking pipe. While all of that was happening, a tree fell on our house during a storm so they replaced the roof also! They never missed a beat. Ted and Aaron were an amazing team. Working with Doug and the Concord Roofing team was a genuinely positive experience. While my experience was overwhelmingly positive, there are a couple of areas worth mentioning: - I prefer written communication, and although Concord made efforts to accommodate this preference, much of the project’s progress was communicated via phone or text. - While the job was generally well done, there were minor oversights, such as not coating the underside of the roof with the radiant barrier. However, Concord addressed these issues either through financial compensation or alternative solutions. Additionally, I commend Doug for his dedication to keeping the project on track despite facing personal challenges.
