They took care of the entire process dealing with my insurance provider. Doug Robinson was outstanding at walking me through every step and detail. The quality of the job and type of materials they used were first class. End result was a substantial discount on the cost of my insurance policy when renewing, and a very happy customer. I’d recommend them any time!!

Doug did a great job of "selling" the company; then, he did just what he said he would do: he walked the roof with the insurance appraiser and made sure they caught everything they should. The job was done just right and in only one day. The banging from the hammers caused a drain pipe in my attic A/C unit to come loose which caused some minor interior ceiling damage from the water, but Doug had his painter on the job within a couple of days and it was finished quickly and to my total satisfaction. So, I got not only a brand new good looking roof, I got a brand new ceiling in the hallway and bathroom. I totally recommend them to anyone needing a good, honest job done well.

After an extensive search, I chose Concord Roofing and Construction to replace my roof, gutters, screens, and do some fence repairs. It was a pleasure working with Teddy Hogue and knowing that he had my best interests always in mind. If he promised, he delivered. Things got done in a timely manner just as he promised. Concord Roofing just completed a remodel/rebuild of the first floor of our house following water damage from a leaking pipe. While all of that was happening, a tree fell on our house during a storm so they replaced the roof also! They never missed a beat. Ted and Aaron were an amazing team. Doug & Concord are, by far, the most professional contractor I've ever worked with. I got my entire roof replaced, after having been denied by Allstate. Doug had his own adjuster come out, take pictures, thoroughly inspect the roof, and work with Allstate to get a full replacement approved. Top notch, one of the best decisions I've ever made choosing their team.

Very thankful for Doug & Greg & their prompt service after torrential rains resulted in roof leaking through to our family room ceiling. They were thorough in their inspection & assessment of the problems. It was repaired in a few hours. Wishing we had them 2 1/2 years ago after the big hailstorms & it would have been done right the first time!

Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired and wouldn't causing future leaking. He came over after the job was complete while it was starting to rain and lightening and went on top off the roof to ensure all was good with the issue. I am totally happy with the quality and look off the new roof. I would definitely highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors and I will be using again in the future when the need occurs. Thanks again Doug!

I initially attempted a DIY approach for my remodeling project, but soon found myself overwhelmed with the task of interviewing various contractors and gathering quotes. Fortunately, a suggestion from an interior decorator led me to Ted Hogue at Concord Roofing and Construction. It's worth noting that Ted's company had previously done an exceptional job replacing our roof many years ago. My current project encompassed a wide range of tasks, including repainting the entire interior of my house, adding accent walls, replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlet plates, painting bookcases and bathroom cabinets, installing hardware on bathroom cabinets, removing shutters, and tackling various small projects. Ted maintained regular check-ins throughout the project to ensure everything was progressing smoothly. His outstanding team consistently demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, top-notch craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to completing the project within the specified timeline and budget. Above all, Ted proved to be a trustworthy professional who displayed integrity throughout the entire project. Aaron, the project manager, even made time in his schedule to address a few minor issues after the project's completion.
