Doug is AMAZING! This was my first "rodeo" dealing with roof replacement and I was a bit apprehensive in finding someone trustworthy in doing the job right and at the right price. I happen to spot a Concord roofing company vehicle parked in the neighborhood and it looked like the quality of the roof on the rehab home was spectacular so I gave them a call and I had the fortunate luck in speaking with Doug. What I like most it that he stayed in constant contact with me on everything I did not have track him done for anything. He went above and beyond the call for ensuring that my skylight was repaired and wouldn't causing future leaking. He came over after the job was complete while it was starting to rain and lightening and went on top off the roof to ensure all was good with the issue. I am totally happy with the quality and look off the new roof. I would definitely highly recommend this company to my friends and neighbors and I will be using again in the future when the need occurs. Thanks again Doug!

Ted is a pleasure to deal with, explained everything in detail, took care of all the details, at all times kept us informed of progress, responded to all of our questions right away. Excellent replacement job from Doug and Concord Roofing. Doug worked with my insurance agent and kept me in the know thru the entire process. Great to have such a knowledgeable and competent company. Highly recommend you "check them out."

We are selling our home that Concord Roofing had worked on in 2019. The "home inspection company" came up with a problem on the way the drip line had been installed. I was sure that we would have a problem correcting such a small detail three years later. And when I called, the salesman that I had dealt with he was no longer with the company!! Bummer, I was toast. But I left a message and got a call from Doug Robinson, one of owners, all of this was while I was on vacation in Canada (great timing on my part). Doug was at the house the next day to inspect. He agreed with inspections and made arrangements to have his gutter guy repair it ASAP. But that is not all!! I needed to windows replaced that had broken seals. Doug met his window guy at my house to help him measure and get me a bid for repairs. All of the repairs were done before I returned from the Canada vacation!! I am moving to North Carolina and if I have a roof issue or need any kind of repair would done, I will be calling Doug to see if he will travel out there and get it done.

After an extensive search, I chose Concord Roofing and Construction to replace my roof, gutters, screens, and do some fence repairs. It was a pleasure working with Teddy Hogue and knowing that he had my best interests always in mind. If he promised, he delivered. Things got done in a timely manner just as he promised. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a turn-key job without any hassle. As an older adult Teddy gave me the peace of mind I needed to complete this quite overwhelming task. After a huge storm, our roof/siding/gutters were badly damaged. Ted Hogue was responsive, honest, and thorough. He walked us through the insurance process and completed the work on time and professionally! I’ve since reached out to Ted for help on a variety of smaller projects and he’s been responsive and helpful every time.

In term of roofing, they do good jobs, I like how my new roof looks like and the color/style of it. As a general contractor, I was a little disappointed. For my small items from the insurance claim, there were some back and forth in communication, scheduling, and scopes. The project manager is nice and trying to get the jobs set up, but sometimes, it becomes even hard for him because of the people they hire. At the end, everything was finished on the claim, but I wish it could have been taken shorter and easier.

Best roofing team in town!

Ted worked on our home about 10 years ago and I remembered him being easy to work with and a man of integrity. We have since moved to a different state but still own that home. After high winds and hail, there was a leak in the roof, the insurance set up was a little different for a rental property. I immediately reached out to Ted at Concord Roofing. I had complete confidence that the process would go smoothly and I could trust the work done. Ted and Concord Roofing did not disappoint. They immediately went to the home to assess situation, worked directly with insurance and explained every step of the way what was happening. They fixed issues both inside and outside home. The residents in the home were pleased by the professionalism of the workers that came out and were happy with final results. For us, not being there, it was peace of mind as we trusted Ted would provide us with exceptional service.

I had a pergola installed and stained by Concord Roofing and Construction. The finished product looked great and the owner, project manager and lead installer were all responsive and attentive towards our needs and making sure we were happy with the final product.

Concord Roofing replaced our roof. We worked with Doug Robinson who handled all our needs from start to finish. He was professional, diligent & honest. He did everything he said he would - and on time! We would definitely use Concord Roofing in the future!

Adam did a great job with our roof replacement, new gutters, etc after the hail storm earlier this year in Frisco. He did a lot of the houses in our neighborhood (Phillips Creek Ranch) as well and everyone that I talked to was just as pleased as we were. I would highly recommend them.

Fair price. Nice Work. Ted @ Concord Construction is responsive and easy to communicate with. He knows his subs and oversees them well. Ted and subs show up on time and do exactly what they say they will do, when they say they will do it (unfortunately not always the case with all contractors.).
